Safety Language

RecallRx must not tell users that a medicine is safe.

The correct empty-result wording in the public app is:

No se encontró ninguna retirada coincidente en los registros indexados de la AEMPS.

This means only that the indexed dataset did not contain a matching recall. It does not mean the product is safe, unaffected, genuine, available, or suitable for use.

Result pages​

Every result should make the source visible:

  • AEMPS recall page link.
  • PDF link when available.
  • Dataset last update.
  • Search confidence or match type.

Documentation language​

Use terms such as "indexed records", "official source", and "matching recall". Avoid terms such as "safe", "cleared", "not recalled", or "verified safe".
